Renewing your
Hosting Plan
Before your
website hosting plan is up for renewal, we either contact
you by phone or email asking if you are renewing your plan
for the coming year.
On renewing your
hosting plan with Corkweb we send you an invoice which has
to be paid for 1 week before the expiry date, so we can add
your account to our records for the coming year.
Please note that
we give all customers at least 4 to 6 weeks notice of their
hosting plan expiring. If hosting plans are not renewed on
time then email and website services may be unavailable, so
its important to renew in advance or on time.
